KINETIC ART – VISUAL AND ACOUSTIC EXPERIENCE
Bloom is a kinetic installation, a visual experience accompanied by an acoustic and musical composition that explores the possibilities offered by water as a sculptural materiel. Water is made to vibrate using a bass speaker and is lit by a stroboscope, hence making it possible to play with visual perception. The work invites the onlooker into a synesthetic experience: what the spectator sees is intimately linked to what he or she hears: carried away in a water ballet where the water flower spreads majestically, folds in on itself, bursts forth to the rhythm of the vibrations. An invitation to participate in a poetic contemplation.
