Be the live-action reporter of your visit!
Introducing an innovative and collaborative form of sharing and reporting on your EXPERIMENTA experience via social media.
For the second time, EXPERIMENTA EXPO installs a Media Lab, co-organised by two partners : the Maison de l’image and La Casemate - Grenoble.
The Media Lab is a collaborative digital toolset, which aims to involve visitors, project holders, artists and scientists alike in the running and live reporting of the event. The Media Lab uses several collaborative digital and audiovisual platforms to share the EXPO on social media.
Be ready for unique media coverage of the event!
Collectively, you will take on the role of roaming reporters conducting interviews with the project holders, artists and scientists as well as with fellow visitors. Find and capture visuals, sounds and emotions.
La Maison de l’Image provides you with the opportunity to experience the three days of the EXPO real-time via the collaborative TV studio, where live interviews will take place. Take on the role of cameraman or camerawoman, studio manager or TV presenter in this TV studio*. A Videolab will also be present to finalise the interviews 'shot and mounted' on the spot, as well as a Photolab workshop to record interviews and a Sonolab will also be at the disposal of students, academics and other visitors on Thursday and Friday.
(Registration is required : firstname.lastname@example.org)
* No previous experience in filming is required. A crash course will be offered at the event

Fab Lab writing in three phases: battle, writing following the 'exquisite corpse' method and finally production.
– Battle to warm-up: two rivals duel with weapons of cutting remarks or loving words face-to-face. Their combat is projected live on a screen. This is an optional exercise to ignite inspiration for writing.
— The 'exquisite corpse' method of writing: Facing a large screen, each participant writes a chapter continuing from a previously started story, before passing their excerpt to another, who will continue without any context provided by seeing what has already been written... Following the fifth contribution, you will be able to read the complete story.
— Then will follow the production of the book using the tools provided at the stand.
